Returns & Refunds Policy
At Midnight Fine Art, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may request a return within 05 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized orders
Gift cards
Items marked as "Final Sale"
Digital products or downloads
2. Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at midnightonline1025@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Shipping the Item: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Step 3: Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This may occur if the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at midnightonline1025@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in our return approval email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item).
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at midnightonline1025@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
